- Cheese: 1/4 pound thinly sliced Real California Swiss cheese
- Meat: 1/4 pound thinly sliced deli-style corned beef
- Cracker: Thin rye crackers, broken into 2-inch pieces
- Garnish: Thousand Island dressing
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Cut slices of Swiss cheese and corned beef to fit the crackers. Lay crackers on a baking sheet and top each with a slice of corned beef, 1/4 teaspoon of Thousand Island dressing and a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve warm.
