- Cheese: 1/4 pound California Swiss cheese
- Meat: 1/4 pound thinly sliced deli-style ham or prosciutto
- Cracker: Flatbread cracker
- Garnish: Spicy mustard
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Cut slices of Swiss and ham to fit the crackers. Lay crackers on a baking sheet and top first with a slice of ham and then with a slice of Swiss. Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with a drizzle of mustard (1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon) and serve warm.
