Yield 1 Sundae
- 3 scoops (1/3 cup each) California pistachio ice cream
- 1 large brownie, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons hot fudge sauce
- Whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped pistachios
- Place ice cream scoops in a bowl, sprinkle with brownie chunks and drizzle with hot fudge. Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
