California Licuados

Berry Fiesta

Makes 1 Serving for each recipe

Berry Fiesta

  • 1 cup nonfat California milk
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes


Place milk, berries, sugar and cinnamon in blender or food processor and puree for 1 minute. Add ice cubes and process until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.



Banana Crème

  • 1 cup nonfat California milk
  • 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes


Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.



Piña Licuad

  • 1 cup nonfat California milk
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple cubes, or canned crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 ice cubes


Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.



Mango Lime Licuado

Mango Lime Licuado

  • 1 cup nonfat California milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango cubes
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 ice cubes


Place milk, mango, lime juice and sugar in blender or food processor. Puree for 1 minute. Add ice cubes and process until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
