Sour Cream-Blue Cheese Dressing

Makes Generous 3/4 Cup

  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup (1-oz.) crumbled Blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced red or green onion
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, vinegar and mustard; stir in cheese and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to one week. Serve on sliced tomatoes or crisp torn greens.
