- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion tops
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 3/4 tsp. lime zest
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.
