This adaptable dairy dressing is a breeze to make and very versatile. While delicious by itself, what makes it truly "magic" is the ease with which it can be transformed with the addition of a few flavorful ingredients. Following are two variations, but feel free to improvise on your own. Serve as a dip or use as a sauce or dressing on meats, fish, vegetables, salads and fruit. It is also a tasty sandwich spread and makes a great marinade.
