Most writers know that California makes great cheese, but not everyone knows that the milk from California’s dairy families goes to make many delicious dairy products, including butter, ice cream and yogurt. In fact, California produces more fluid milk, butter and ice cream than any other state and is the second largest cheese and yogurt producer in the nation.
