2 cups old fashioned oats

2 tablespoons California butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups California Milk

1 cup California low-fat vanilla yogurt

2 whole eggs, large

2/3 cup brown sugar, divided (1/3 cup for topping)

1/4 cup diced bell pepper

2 tablespoons salsa, chunky

2 ounces green chiles, diced

Salt and pepper to season

1/2 cup black beans

1/2 cup California Mexican cheese blend
