California dairy processors to exhibit in New York June 25-27, 2023
Tracy, Calif. – (June 16, 2023) –The California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) will spotlight a diverse selection of innovative and sustainably sourced specialty dairy products at the 2023 Summer Fancy Food show in New York, N.Y. June 25-27, 2023.
CMAB will sample an assortment of dairy applications including cheese, Hispanic dairy, lassi, and dairy protein puff snacks. California dairy processors in attendance will include DiStefano Cheese Co., Rizo Lopez Foods, In Good Hands and Dosa by Dosa. Attendees can visit CMAB booth #766 to learn more about products made with milk from California dairy families as well as the 5th Annual RCM Excelerator Open Innovation competition for new product innovation.
